Central to the Gymnasium Geography® program are its maps: World, USA, or New Jersey. These brilliantly colored 12' x 24' exclusive floor maps function as a learning tool for beanbag tosses, relay races, twister, & other games specifically designed to painlessly, effectively reinforce elements of geography to students who are having fun.

In reality, they are reinforcing their knowledge of compass directions, counties/ states/ continents/ countries, cities, capitals, landmarks, rivers, lakes, oceans, topography and boundaries !

Students are never put "on the spot" for answers in any Gym Geography® assembly program. All questions are answered on a voluntary basis with NO CONSEQUENCES for wrong answers. The presenter uses guided discovery techniques to assist in solutions when necessary.

"FUN FACTS" are continually mixed in with each game at all levels.
This NO PRESSURE approach is key to student involvement in our shows.
